Note: If new to certain herbs in this product, always start at the lowest dose in case of sensitivity to certain herbs.

Benefits:

Wheatgrass: Wheatgrass provides nutrients and bioactive compounds that support hemoglobin production, red blood cell health, and blood detoxification, with early studies showing potential benefits for anemia and thalassemia patients

. Turmeric: Turmeric’s curcumin can support blood health by improving blood vessel function, reducing inflammation, and protecting against oxidative damage. For best results, use it in cooking with fats or consider supplements if advised by a healthcare provider.

. Feverfew: Feverfew helps support blood health by reducing inflammation, modulating platelet activity, and acting as an antioxidant, but its effects on blood are not fully proven in large human trials. Use with caution and under medical guidance, especially if you have cardiovascular conditions or take blood‑thinning drugs

. Cordyceps : Cordyceps support blood health by helping regulate cholesterol, blood sugar, and inflammation, while improving oxygen delivery and kidney function. However, more human research is needed to confirm these effects and determine optimal dosing.

. Nettle Leaf : Nettle leaf supports blood health by providing essential nutrients for red blood cell function, improving circulation through vasodilation, offering antioxidant protection, and reducing inflammation. These combined effects can help maintain healthy blood flow, oxygen delivery, and overall cardiovascular well-being.

. Moringa : Incorporating moringa into the diet—through leaves, powder, or capsules—can provide multiple benefits for blood health: regulating blood sugar, improving cholesterol profiles, boosting hemoglobin, and supporting healthy circulation.

. Beets : Beets can support healthy blood pressure, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation, making them a heart- and blood-friendly food when consumed regularly in moderation.

. Olive Leaf : olive leaf extract can support blood pressure regulation, cholesterol balance, blood sugar control, and vascular health, making it a promising natural supplement for overall cardiovascular and metabolic well-being.

. Milk Thistle : Milk thistle may benefit blood health indirectly by supporting liver detoxification, improving blood sugar control, reducing inflammation, and helping maintain healthy cholesterol levels. However, more high-quality human studies are needed to confirm these effects.

. Licorice Root : Licorice root can indirectly support blood and vascular health through antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, but its glycyrrhizin content can also affect blood pressure and electrolytes. For blood-related benefits, it’s best used in moderation, preferably in deglycyrrhizinated ( DGL)form, and under medical guidance, especially if you have cardiovascular or kidney conditions.

. Bilberry : Bilberry’s high anthocyanin content gives it promising antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer properties that may support overall health and potentially help reduce cancer-related risks

. Black Pepper : Black pepper, through piperine, may support blood health by improving circulation, regulating blood sugar, balancing cholesterol, and reducing inflammation. However, its effects on clotting mean high-dose supplement use should be approached with caution, especially for those on anticoagulants.

. Garlic : Garlic supports blood health by improving circulation, lowering blood pressure, balancing cholesterol, and protecting blood vessels. While it’s not a substitute for prescribed treatment, it can be a valuable dietary addition for heart and vascular health when used appropriately.

. Aloe : Aloe vera shows promise for supporting blood sugar control, cholesterol balance, and circulation, but these effects are not yet fully proven. Use it with caution, preferably in the form of pure gel without latex, and under medical guidance if you have underlying health conditions.

. Green Tea : Green tea offers several scientifically supported benefits for blood health, primarily due to its rich content of antioxidants—especially catechins like epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG)—and other polyphenols

. Citrus Peel : Citrus peel compounds like flavonoids, terpenes, and FP — helps protect blood vessels, reduce harmful blood metabolites, support healthy blood sugar, and improve gut health, all of which contribute to better blood and cardiovascular health.

. Astragalus : Astragalus contains polysaccharides, saponins, and flavonoids that stimulate immune cells such as T cells and B cells, which are part of the body’s defense system. A healthy immune system is closely tied to blood health, as immune cells circulate in the bloodstream to protect against infection
